Due to their size, cat trees and similar items are subject to specific fees, varying by province and the total weight of the order.

Shipping Address

Calchou cannot be held responsible for delays or losses caused by:

an incomplete or incorrect address
a PO box not serviced by the carrier
a package returned due to delivery failure

Lost or damaged packages

If your package arrives damaged, appears lost, or does not contain the correct item, contact us promptly with your order number (and photos if applicable).
We will follow up with the carrier without delay.
