At Calchou, every parcel is packed with care, as if it were going to our own cats. Here's how it works.
Processing and shipping
Orders placed before 5 p.m. (Eastern Time) are processed the same day or the next business day.
Shipping costs
- Free shipping on orders of $50 or more (before taxes), anywhere in Canada.
- Cat trees: always free shipping, included in the price.
- Under $50: the rate depends on your province and is shown at checkout before you pay.
Standard rate under $50 and delivery time by province:
- Quebec: $9.90 · 2–5 business days
- Ontario: $9.90 · 2–6 business days
- New Brunswick: $12.90 · 3–6 business days
- Nova Scotia: $12.90 · 4–8 business days
- Prince Edward Island: $14.90 · 5–8 business days
- Manitoba: $11.90 · 3–5 business days
- Saskatchewan: $12.90 · 5–8 business days
- Alberta: $13.90 · 6–9 business days
- British Columbia: $14.90 · 7–10 business days
- Newfoundland and Labrador: $14.90 · 5–10 business days
In the Greater Montreal area, our carriers often deliver within 24–48 hours.
Where do we ship?
We ship to all 10 Canadian provinces. For Yukon, the Northwest Territories and Nunavut, please email us at contact@calchou.ca before ordering. We don't ship outside Canada.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, you'll get an email with your tracking number.
Shipping address
Please double-check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to fix it before the order ships.
Lost or damaged parcels
Something wrong with your parcel? Email contact@calchou.ca with your order number (and a photo if it arrived damaged). We'll make it right with a replacement or a refund.
