The story of Calchou was born from a rescue... and an immense crush.

One morning, we discovered two tiny kittens abandoned in a bucket. They were not even a week old, their eyes were still closed, and they were so fragile that a simple gust of wind seemed too strong for them.

Without hesitation, we took them in, bottle-fed them, kept them warm, and watched over them day and night. These two little lives, barely hatched, fought to live — and we fought alongside them.

Their names are Caline and Choupette.
And it is in their honor that our company now bears their name: Calchou, the fusion of their names, a symbol of love, resilience, and second chances.

From this story of hope was born an even deeper passion for animals. We wanted to create a brand that reflects them: gentle, caring, and authentic.
